The daughter of late rocker Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love has spent a sizable chunk of her inheritance on a new home high in the Hollywood Hills. Obviously, she intends for LA to be her home base, although she is currently enrolled in ultra-expensive art school the Bard College in upstate New York.  19-year-old Frances Bean, the sole heir to the Nirvana singer's fortune, is currently estranged from her mother. Notorious singer Courtney dedicated an expletive-ridden song to her daughter at a concert during New York's recent fashion week.
